Ahead of May 29: Ortom drags Suswam to church

Jumat and church services will hold this Friday and Sunday as part of activities lined up for the inauguration of Chief Dr Samuel Ortom as the next Governor of Benue State.
A statement signed by Dr Bem Melladu, Chairman, publicity and program subcommittee disclosed that the Jumat service will hold at the Central mosque in Makurdi.

According to the statement the interdenominational church service will hold at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cathedral, Makurdi at 10 am.
Dr Melladu said members of the general public have been invited to the services as it relates to their faith.

He said the Governor of Benue State, Rt. Hon Gabriel Suswam and the Governor-elect, Chief Dr Samuel Ortom, are expected to attend the interdenominational service.
