Face of Idoma escapes death in auto crash, two feared dead (PHOTO)

The reigning Face of Idoma, Miss Joy Onazi was yesterday evening escaped death by whiskers after her vehicle involved in auto mishap.
The luciferious incident reportedly claimed two lives.
It was gathered that the accident occurred at Ikpayongo close to Makurdi as she was returning from a humanitarian effort at Ado local government area.

According to eye witnesses, she was on top speed when three people entered the road, an old man, a boy and a little girl pushing a wheelbarrow. In an attempt to dodge them, she swerved and hit the boy and the girl after which she skid into the bush to hit a tree.
Unconfirmed reports suggest that the boy and girl lost their lives, one immediately while the other some hours later however the queen is said to be in good condition.
Agila Carnival, organisers of Face of Idoma in a swift reaction said, “the management of Agila Carnival (organizers of Face of Idoma) is investigating the circumstances that led to this ugly incident and will come out with an official statement and position within the shortest possible time. Please disregard any other information making the rounds as far as this matter is concerned.”
