Onjeh says he wont go to Supreme Court if he loses appeal

There are indications that candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the last national assembly election in Benue South Senatorial district, Daniel Onjeh may not further press his case after Saturday's verdict.

Onjeh had earlier approached the tribunal to nullify Mark's election on  the ground that the former senate president rigged his way in.

However, the tribunal in its verdict booted out Onjeh's claim saying it was too watery to nullify Mark's election.

Onjeh who was not okay with the judgment, approached the higher court of appeal.

In a text messages sent to IDOMA VOICE, Onjeh said Saturday's judgment would be his final bustop.

He wrote, "Final bus-stop! Onjeh Vs Mark: Appeal court, Makurdi has issued Judgement notice for Saturday, November 28, 2015. With God, all things are possible, let's justice prevail."
