It is no longer news that the November 28 verdict of the Appeal Court has united former chieftain of the now rested Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, Usman Abubakar and his once political foe, David Mark.

Abubakar, otherwise known as Young Alhaji and the immediate past Senate President, David Mark were believed to be sworn enemies over the outcome of the 2003, 2007 senatorial election elections.
On two occasions, the duo ended up in court but the former senate president emerged victorious.

However, Abubakar has decided to join the campaign train of Mark.

Interestingly, the business mogul is from Orokam, the country home of Mark's opponent, Daniel Onjeh of the APC.

Reports had it recently that Abubakar decided to reunite with Mark to spite Akume who he claimed turned the party to his private company.

Findings by this newspaper show that Alhaji is currently using his popularity to mobilize support for Mark at the grass root.
