David (Daniel Onjeh) Shall Defeat Goliath (David Mark) – Eloyi Ogbe

Written By Idoma Television on Monday, February 1, 2016 | 5:24:00 AM

Senator David Mark is simply referred to as the Mugabe of Idoma land. He has been in power since the days of old. From one Government to another. He only had a short break when he took the Cotonou route to escape the wrath of Gen. Sani Abacha, the late Head of State.

Since his return, Senator David Mark has remained in the corridor of power. What he has done with the power remains a story for another day.
But for today, I’m thanking David Mark for strengthening the resolve of the Idoma people against his Mugabeism. Mugabeism is the act of perpetually remaining in power even at the expense of development.

When only your immediate family can be seen as the only beneficiary of your long stay in power, it is called Mugabeism. When you get too old and sick and your sole ambition is to continue to cling to power, your first and second name is called Mugabe.

1 Thessalonians 5v18 enjoin us” give thanks in all things”. Since the word of God is sure and pure, we shall also the thanking Senator David Mark for helping our generation in witnessing the David and Goliath battle. While Comrade Dan Onjeh has been raised to the biblical David our own Mugabe has been reduced to the biblical goliath.

As recorded in first Samuel 17, the Valley of Elah shall be the Benue South. David said to the Philistine, “You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come
against you in the name of the LORD Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have
defied”.

It is no longer news that our yams are stored in a bunker in Akpaegede. This goliath is certainly going to flood the political market with our yams. The economics of demand and supply will be put to the test. But our Biblical David, the one God has anointed for the deliverance of the people of Benue South shall be coming with the name of the Lord.

Just like money failed in the wilderness when the children of Isreal had so much money taken from the Egyptians when God commanded them to do “But every woman shall borrow of her neighbour, and of her that sojourneth in her house, jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment: and ye shall put them upon your sons, and upon your daughters; and ye shall spoil the Egyptians” (Ex. 3:22,
KJV).

They had so much money but couldn’t get even food until God supplied Manna from Heaven. So I decree, David Mark’s money is set to fail in the Wilderness of Benue South and his armour set to fail in the Valley of Elah in Jesus’ name.

I am thanking David Mark not because of what he has used power to bring, but because of what he has done with power. Oppressing the downtrodden people of Benue South and taking away properties from poor villagers in Akpa. A widow told me the story of how David Mark took her land. She couldn’t wait to see Mark fall like goliath and so shall it be in Jesus name, Amen!

I am thanking Mark for raising a David in Dan Onjeh. God has indeed anointed Daniel Onjeh for the task of setting his people free. “I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:
With whom my hand shall be established: mine the arm also shall strengthen him.

The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him.
And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him.
But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted.
I will set his hand also in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers.

He shall cry unto me, Thou art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation.
Also, I will make him my firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth”.

Thank you, David Mark, for bringing yourself out for this battle and surely shall you be defeated.
