The lawmaker representing Apa/Agatu federal constituency, Adamu Entonu received the shocker of his life on Friday when he tried to speak on behalf of former senate president, David Mark.
Entonu, was booed at the town hall meeting organised by Bar. Paul Edeh-led One Idoma Initiative to champion the way forward on how to end the endless massacres in Idoma land by suspected Fulani herdsmen in Abuja.
Recall that the group had organised a rally few days back against the same menace.
Surprisingly, the lawmaker when he mounted the stage, claimed
that he was representing Mark.
However, his statement angered participants who shouted him down almost immediately.
He was booed severally whenever he tried to mention senator Mark in his speech.
Reacting to the development, one of the brains behind the group, Andrew Obeya wondered why should Entonu speak on behalf of Mark who apparently have no regard for his people.
On her part, female activist, Betty Abah advised the former number three man to break his silence and speak against the killings of his people.
