Ezekiel Adaji calls defected PDP members jobless fellows

Written By Idoma Television on Monday, March 7, 2016 | 12:10:00 AM

A lawmaker, representing Otukpo/Ohimini Federal constituency has slammed those who decamped to the All Progressives Congress, APC, from the Peoples Democratic Party in Benue South as jobless fellows.

Adaji, who hardly speaks at the chamber, in an interview with Leadership said PDP was still in control in Benue Zone C.

Surprisingly, the lawmaker failed to react to the abduction of his constituent, Patience Paul who was rescued in Sokoto recently, he rather chose to take a swipe at his former party members who defected to the APC in the state.

Hear him, "Well some go there because they are looking for work, some want to be in government by all means. Some want to be in government, not minding who is in power. But you will know that the PDP is in control from the re-run that Senator David Mark won recently."

Among those who defected to the PDP recently were, former deputy governor, Steve Lawani, Jerry Agada, Chris Garuba, Baba Odangla and among others.
