Idoma community mourns Bishop Apochi's deputy, Rev Fr Adeyi

More tears and tributes have continued to pour in for the Vicar General of the Catholic Diocese of Otukpo, Rev Fr John Adeyi.

In Catholic hierarchy, Adeyi is the second person to the Catholic Bishop of Otukpo Diocese, Bishop Michael Apochi.

Adeyi's decomposing body was found two months after his abduction in Otukpo on Wednesday morning.

Reacting to the ugly development, those who  knew the cleric have described his abduction and eventual murder as callous and cruel.

Reacting to the incident, front line activist, Andy Obeya vowed to organise youths to protest agaisnt the ugly trend in Idoma community.
