Police react to attack on Edumoga by fulani Herdsmen

The Beue State Police Command has denied knowledge of any attack in Ogege community in the Okpale-Ingle ward of Edumoga in Okpokwu local government of the state.

News broke out last night that the community was under heavy attack by suspected Fulani herdsmen and a man was beheaded in the process.

However, when contacted the state PPRO, Moses Yamu on Tuesday said he was not aware of the attack.

“I am not aware of any attack in the area but I will call you back once I find out,” he said.
