Former Finest Girl in Benue, Paulyn Nath Agbo has advised her fellow women to stay away from alcohol and sex with random people.
All these habits, she observed made them look older than their real age.
The outspoken model who handed this information via her Facebook wall said though she is in her mid 20s but still looking charming and sparkling.

The Okpokwu-born damsel voiced her conviction thus, “It’s crazy how many women in their 40s and 30s look way younger than girls in their teens and early 20s these days.
“You little girls need to stay away from drugs, alcohol and too much sex with random people. Those shits got you aging in dog years. Mid to late twenties and still queening.”
