‘Pure water’ truck crushes SS 3 student to death in Otukpo

A boy identified as Emmanuel (surname withheld), a resident of  Otukpo-Icho has been crushed to death by a died from a moving vehicle.
IDOMA VOICE gathered that Emmanuel, an SS 3 student of the Otukpo community secondary school in Upu was working on a farm in Otukpo-Icho village and in an attempt to get himself sachet water to drink fell from the moving vehicle that was coveying the water and the driver unknowingly climbed him with one of the tires which damaged his internal organs and also caused them to spill out.”

He was rushed to Royal specialist hospital in Otukpo but later died after a major operation.
His corpse was deposited at the Otukpo General Hospital mortuary and will be moved to his home town Otukpa in Ogbadibo local government area for proper and final interment tomorrow 27th November 2016
