  1. Ace gospel music general, Chris Morgan has been named Gospel Artiste of the Year. Morgan was crowned by Accolade Media Nigeria Limited in Lagos. 
  2. Govenor Samuel Ortom of Benue State has dragged Nigerian Concord Newspaper to court. The governor is demanding for N10bn as damages caused via the report published on the online portal.
  3. There are indications that that the exploration activities in Benue state may be gradually yielding success as a quantity of crude oil has been discovered.
