BREAKING: George Alli, Dickson Akor named ‘Idoma Voice Personalities of the Year’

The hard-working Sole Administrator of Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State, Hon. George Alli and the National Commandant of Peace Corps of Nigeria, Ambassador Dickson Akor have emerged joint winners of the 2016 edition of Idoma Voice Personalities of the Year award.
A statement by Ekre Christian, Special Project Director of Talents Voice Media, owners of award-winning Idoma Voice Newspaper and Idoma Television, said, in awarding Idoma Personality of the Year investiture, the Editorial Board of the newspaper and the committee looked at individuals, whose “public conduct and action helped to inspire hope for a better Idoma community.”
He said that although such award is not peculiar to Idoma Voice alone, the newspaper confers the award with every sense of responsibility.
He noted that it is a known fact that other media agencies, International organizations also confer awards in recognition of excellence and service to humanity.
The statement quoted Ekre as saying that the duo was selected winners by the Award Committee out of the numerous Idoma personalities earlier nominated for the prestigious award for their illustrious services pervading all nooks and crannies of the Idoma Nation.
