Otukpa goes agog as Ogbadibo Cultural Carnival kicks off (PHOTOS)

The maiden edition of Ogbadib Cultural Carnival kicked off today amid pomp and fun in the ancient city of Otukpa, the powerhouse of Ogbadibo LGA of Benue.

The highly-anticipated event, which kicked off with a road procession locked down the ever-busy Enugu-Otukpo road for hours.

Interestigly, the head-honcho of the carnival, Manex Johnson Agada was honoured with a title of Och’Oklobia by the monarch of the community.
