Sad story of Benue-born Jonathan Saakyar who died of perforated intestines (PHOTOS)

Our friend Jonathan, 22, who struggled with perforated intestines occasioned by typhoid fever at the Benue State University Teaching Hospital finally answered the lord’s call in the early hours of today.
We tried, we did our best, we gave our support and just when we felt it was getting better, it got bad and worst. I was with him yesterday and we spoke, I sent for his drugs in Abuja and we were expecting better results. God answered us, he gave the better result. It’s painful but we must accept it.

I can not thank you guys better, we are a united people and we showed the poor boy the love we could. Indeed, we tried. Let us not loose faith, let us not think we didn’t do enough, let us continue to show love and pity to the poor. I am pained that he did not live, but he will live forever and one day, we will cross the rubicon to meet him at the other end where death is no more.
