Mrs. Ann Johnson, the woman whose account was used to perpetrate the N2.2m fraud has broken down, IDOMA VOICE reports.
The heavily pregnant woman collapsed on hearing that she might be taken to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad tomorrow for interrogation.

IDOMA VOICE reports that a UK-based activist and philanthropist, Philip Agbese had accused Peterhot Apeh of defrauding him to the tune of N2.2m under the guise of a Facebook profile called Queen Ann Ochoga.
According to the Agila-born activist, who is known for his generosity, he had met a girl called Queen Ann Ochoga, who parades herself as an auto dealer and descendant of the Ochoga family on Facebook.
Agbese said he asked her to supply him two cars and paid him N1.8m.
However, the business took another turn after the said Queen Ann Ochoga failed to deliver the cars and started ignoring Agbese’s messages.
Few days after the transaction, another lady under the name, Maria Ogboji Ene announced the death of Miss Ochoga and her fiancée to be after involving in an accident enroute Lagos from Port Harcourt on Facebook.
The story went viral on social media of the soon-to-we-bride, who died few weeks to her wedding.
However, Chichi Ebere, the person, whose picture was impersonated eventually, came out to debunk the news that she was alive and not dead.
Suspecting foul play, Agbese reported to the police who traced out the account and printed out a statement
It was then that the drama ensued and Philip received the shock of his life that the account was simply used as a receptacle for the real perpetrator of the crime.
It was discovered that for the very same money that was paid by Agbese Philip into Ann’s account was transferred to Apeh’s account not so soon thereafter.
When the bubble busted, Apeh accused the Benue State government of trying to set him up, insisting that he neither knew any Queen Ann Ochoga or Ann Johnson.
However, Mrs Ann Johnson, whose account was used for the transaction on reading about the development reported herself at the Nyanya police station and made confessional statements that Apeh had demanded for her account details many weeks back.
She told the police that she had been approached by Apeh for help with her account on the pretext that he was having a problem with his BVN and was expecting some funds!
It was after her revelation that Apeh opened up that he actually received credit alert from Ann Johnson but never knew what the money was meant for.
She was to be taken to SARS today but some good spirited individuals prevailed on the police, with the promise that she would be brought tomorrow,  for onward movement to SARS.
Speaking with IDOMA VOICE shortly before she collapsed, the woman, a native of Otukpa swore that she never knew anything about the said money.
“My brother, Peter called me and complained that he had issue with his bank and needed to receive some money for his brother. I discussed with my husband and we both warned Peter that we hope he was not up to something dubious and he swore that there was nothing like that.
“I was shocked that when the money came, he sent his account number that I should transfer the money into it. I asked if he had resolved the problem with his account and he said yes.
“The day the second money came, I was on my way from ante-natal in Jikwoyi and I had to go straight to the bank to make the transfer to him.
“If I knew anything about this business, may this child inside me work against me. Where do I go from here? They said I might be taken to SARS tomorrow over issue  know nothing about,” she said amid tears before collapsing.
When contacted earlier, Mr. promised to make himself available, hopefully on Wednesday.
“I am in Lagos writing exams as we speak, I will try and make myself available this Wednesday,” he said.

A source said she has been rushed to an undisclosed hospital by some friends and family members.
“My prayer is for the unborn child because this woman has cried a lot over this issue,” the source added.
