Ogbadibo Decides: Confusion hits APC camp as party presents three ‘deputies’ for Akola

The All Progressives Congress, APC, might be heading for the bottomless pit in Ogbadibo as battle over who would emerge as running mate to Simon Akola in the forthcoming LG council election seems to have torn the party apart.
At the moment, members of the party are confused on who is the ‘authentic’ deputy chairmanship aspirant as claimants have emerged.

While a faction of the party is drumming support for one Sunday Abah, other stakeholders of the party are queuing behind Prince Onuh all from Owukpa.
Just this evening, the party released another statement, stating that a certain ‘Achiyini’ Ameh would now run alongside Akola, whom the people of Owukpa had since rejected.
The development has factionalized the party.
Reacting to the development, PDP director of media and publicity, Prince Yemi Itodo described the ongoing confusion in the opponent’s camp as a clear indication that the gods of the land has rejected them.
“What else do you expect, when the gods of the land has rejected you, everything would work against you. They have not seen anything.
“Ogbadibo has gone beyond this and our people have resolved to boot out this tyrannical government,” he told IDOMA VOICE in a chat, Friday evening.
