A former senatorial candidate on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Benue South, Daniel Onjeh has lashed out at those who kicked against his candidacy during the election the Benue South rerun.

Onjeh contested against David Mark in the Benue South Senatorial rerun in 2016 but many persons kicked against him on he ground that he was too young.

However, Emmanuel Macron was elected president of France on Sunday at the age of 29 and many Nigerians took on their leaders for not allowing the young to rule.
Reacting however, Onjeh wondered why those who were against him are not complaining.
He wrote thus, “I contested against #DavidMark, you said I was too young to be a Senator, but just when #EmmanuelMacron won President@39 you start complaining about #RecycledPoliticians in Nigeria. #WhatAnIrony?”
