Terry G for governor of Benue State, says, ‘I will legalize gingah’

Popular singer and music producer, Gabriel Oche Amanyi, famously known as Terry G has reportedly indicated interest in his state’s governorship seat.

Residents of Benue state on Thursday woke up to see the posters of the singer announcing his arrival on the political scene.

The poster showed Terry G donned in a black jacket with a red bowler hat.
An inscription of Vote Terry G for governor of Benue State was bodily written on the poster.

“Good road, water stability, power stability, everything free and legalized” were also part of the texts on the campaign poster. ‎

He wrote, “MY PEOPLE,THE TIME IS NOW. POWER BELONGS TO THE YOUTHS,SAY NO TO OLD CARGOS.

“VOTE TERRY G FOR GOVERNOR/DEPUTY OF BENUE STATE ,I WILL MAKE YOU PROUD..WHEN I SAY LEGALIZE YOU SAY GINJAH..”

However, the singer did not announce the platform on which he would be contesting.

The posters were spotted at some major streets and junction in Makurdi and his country home, Otukpa in Ogbadibo LGA of the state.
