The United Muslims for Peace and Good Governance has described as total madness and joke taken too far by some persons who staged a protest at the Glory Dome, headquarters of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre on Sunday.

IDOMA VOICE recalls that a rebel group, Revolution Now, led by Omoyele Sowore’s had sneaked into Dunamis Church and staged #Buharimustgo protest on Sunday.

However, the protesters got more than the bargained for as officials of the Department of State Service, DSS, who were on routine duties arrested the protesters in order to maintain peace.

Reacting to the development, the Muslim group described Sowore and his followers as ‘confused in-house penguins’ who are hell bent of creating anarchy in the country.

The group in a statement by its National President, Ibn Mohammed, hailed Dr. Paul Enenche and leadership of the Church for the mature way they handled the development.

The group urged Sowore and his team to visit the National Mosque on Friday in continuation of their campaign.

“The ongoing madness being displayed by some confused in-house penguins led by a certain Omoyele Sowore to cause anarchy and chaos in the country took another dimension on Sunday as some of them stormed Dunamis church to display their madness.

“This is madness and joke taken too far and must be dealt with immediately.

“It is absolute madness and show of shame for them to take their campaign to Church.

“How can a few individuals ask a democratically elected president to go for no reason?

“Since Sowore and and his group have chosen religious centres as the best place to stage his protest, we are inviting them to come to the National Mosque on Friday.

“We want to make it empathetically clear to him that no one has monopoly of madness,” part of the statement read.
